Shipping policy

Please allow 7 to 14 business days for custom and made-to-order items to be completed before shipping.  Ready-to-ship items will ship sooner.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information at the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.  Free shipping is available on qualifying orders of $75 or more.

MamaCole Creations is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after an order has been shipped.

International shipping is not currently available but may be offered in the future.
