Refund policy

Welcome to MamaCole Creations.  Please allow 7 to 14 days for your custom orders to be completed.  Because our custom tumblers and personalized items are made to your specifications, all sales are final.  We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom or personalized orders.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives.  If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

If a refund or replacement is approved due to damage, a defect, or an error on our part, we will provide instructions on the next steps.

Refunds (if criteria are met)
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.  Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
